The Prospector Condominiums are located in the heart of downtown Aspen, mere steps from shops, galleries and restaurants on the mall.  The Aspen Mountain gondola is three blocks away, and the bus park, with free skier shuttles to the other three ski areas, is one block away.  There is a park behind the property providing unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain from upper floor units.  During office hours van transportation is provided to and from the Aspen Airport. The Front Desk staff can assist in making reservations and recommendations for restaurants and activities.  There are washers and dryers on the property.  The Prospector is a fractional ownership property (timeshare), so you can also own your vacations if you choose, or trade your ownership weeks for international travel through two affiliated exchange companies.
