DEPOSIT:
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required within ten (10) days of booking your reservation.  Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION:
In the event that you cancel more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling charge.  Cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival will be full forfeit unless the space is re-rented.

Pets are not permitted.

Taxes are not included in posted rates.  All rates are subject to change.
