AMENITIES
The Prospector operates as a fractionally-owned condominium complex, and offers nightly and weekly rentals. We have 18 condominiums featuring a single bedroom with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed, a pull-out couch, and two full bathrooms.
Our open-concept penthouse offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and a pull-out couch.
Each room has a private deck with sauna, a fully stocked kitchenette, flat-screen television, high-speed wifi, a wood burning fireplace, high ceilings, and breathtaking mountain views. Our first-floor units have a hot tub on the deck looking out at Aspen Mountain.
In the summer, owners and their guests can take advantage of their natural surroundings from our rooftop deck. Lounge, barbecue, or simply bask in the summer sun.
If you are joining us in the winter, we are located just steps away from Aspen Mountain where you can enjoy world-class skiing as well as all of the restaurants and shops that make Aspen a premier destination.
Please note that interested parties must call to reserve rooms for a minimum of a three-night stay. We do not offer airport transportation to or from the hotel. We recommend calling High Mountain Taxi 24 hours in advance or taking the RFTA bus.
The standard occupancy for a condominium is four and goes up to six with an additional charge of $25/night per guest over four. The penthouse will accommodate up to four guests.
Deposit: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon booking your reservation. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Limitations: This is a non-smoking and no-pet property – emotional support animals are not accepted. Minimum night stay rules apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10 percent processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless the unit is rebooked, in which case a refund may be issued.
